Clear pale lemon in color with medium intensity and notes of gooseberry, honeysuckle, cedar, clove, coconut, cream, yogurt, and acacia. This wine is dry with medium plus acid, medium body, medium alcohol, and a medium plus finish. Some French oak is used in the aging of this wine along with 12 months of lees aging. 93/100
