Description
It’s hard to find the words to describe this wine as this was our family’s go to but now it seems to be missing the depth and finish it had for so many years. Clear deep ruby in color with med- intensity and notes of blackberry, bramble, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, coconut, chocolate, and black cherry. The wine is dry and still has its signature soft round tannins, med+ acid, full body and high in alcohol. Where this comes up short is the finish, we tried multiple times but it continued to fall off to quick. 87/100
