Description
Medium to deep ruby in color with moderate intensity. Green bell pepper, black cherry, bramble and elderflower. Needs some time and showing a little to much alcohol and tannins right now but this should just need a little more time in bottle. High tannins, high acidity, full body and medium plus finish length. 91/100
