Clear deep ruby in color with medium intensity and notes of black cherry, black currant, mint, red bell pepper, pencil shavings, clove, eucalyptus, and black currant leaf. This wine is dry with high acid, high tannins, high alcohol, full body and a medium finish. Still holding up very well for a 20 year old wine, and has many more to go! 90/100
