Description
Medium garnet in color with moderate to low intensity. Loosing some of its fruit and a closed off nose. Black cherry, wet earth, old cherry candy, merichino cherry, cherry juice, and tobacco. Tannins are going away, but acidity is still strong, finish lingers for a little while and the alcohol is decently integrated. Surprised it has held up this well for being 46 years old. 87/100
