Medium ruby in color with moderate intensity. Cedar, cherry compote, dark fruit, earth and plum. Not your normal bourbon barrel wine with over the top bourbon notes as this was pulled from barrel at only 9 weeks to limit the interactions between the wine and the barrel. 89/100
