It’s not everyday you get to taste a wine from Israel but it’s even more rare when you get to taste it blind with the winemaker!
This showed just like a white Bordeaux with great mouth feel, fun acidity and floral notes. A beautiful clear pale lemon in color with medium intensity and notes white flower, honey suckle, peach, citrus and citrus peel.
This wine is dry with medium plus acid, full body, high alcohol, and a medium finish.
