Wine #5000 is this gorgeous left bank blend from Repris in the Moon Mountain AVA. 67% Cab 33% Cab Franc this wine is clear deep ruby in color with high intensity and notes of charcoal, metal shavings, blackberry, black cherry, black currant, crushed black cherry, dusty soil, clove, toasted oak, and cedar. The wine is dry with high acid, high smooth tannins, high alcohol, full body and a medium plus finish. The mid palate offers up richness and complexity which complements the silky texture of this wine. 97/100
