Description
Cloudy deep ruby in color with pronounced intensity and notes of smoke, raw meat, earth, jerky,green peppercorn, crushed blueberry, raspberry, coffee crusted steak, and very subtle neutral oak usage. This wine is dry and still shows a lot of structure as it should, it has high acidity, medium plus tannins, full body, and a medium plus finish. 97/100
